For online orders, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and payment from your bank account.
How do you guarantee the online security of credit card information?
We do not access or process your financial information directly. The whole check-out process is hosted by third party such as PayPal which offers the most secure financial processing platform.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We ship from our Vancouver location in British Columbia, Canada.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes. We ship to Canada and the US.

Is my privacy protected?
Jan & Jul does not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances. This includes your mailing address and your email information.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Jan & Jul. Claims of damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Shortage claims must be made within 10 days. Please contact us with pictures for any defective items.
